Tying braid onto mono.

Lads any suggestions. Tried using method like putting on my shockleaders. When snagged seemed to snap at this point. I have now tied a loop in the braid and attached the mono in a slip Knot. (like when you put a hook on). Seems very strong.

try this knot it has never failed me

then tips on the menu then knots on the subsequent menu

the braid to nylon one on there is a great knot looks hard but is not at all.
