Fished the tyne last night down beside Bill Quay, Got there about half 6 as a lad was coming off the mark. He'd fished for 4hrs and blanked. Thought we'd give it ago anyhow, fishing the ebb can be different to fishing the flood, well thats what we thought. Fished for 4 hours with rag, lug, blacks, crab, mussel, squid, razor and makeral and BLANKED!

i he said about 1lb+bait was rag and maccy,his son was casting canny far out,never got a bite,he was useing crab,

The fish are caught normall before i arrive and just after i leave.
