new charter vessel from the tyne????? "new dawn"

New Dawn has been berthed in Royal Quays for approximately two months and the vessel is certainly displaying a contact phone number and the appropriate charter boat decals.
That said, there's no talk around the marina about a new charter boat but JFK2, Blueye, Mistress a Predator have all started their campaign while the vessel New Dawn has yet to leave it's berth.
If it was a serious player I reckon it would have announced it's intentions as soon as the spring Cod turned up. It's a very nice vessel with ample deck space but I'm guessing it's probably an ex charter boat that's now in private ownership.
