You're right, I will watch owt! I haven't been out fishing since last weekend and looks like it will be at least another week, so I need to get my fix somehow.

Don't think it was a waste though - shows that a slow retrieve gets them interested - don't need bling, just need to get it moving!

Fascinating stuff.
Does anyone know if this will work for other flatties, ie plaice and dab.
Is this method even possible in our murky north-east waters or does someone have experience of where likely marks are where the sea isn't as coloured in this part of the coast.

I'd love to try this out.
