can some 1 help me on how to upload pics

Your best option is to use something like photo bucket, where you can upload a picture and then just copy the image code. Failing that you can use the forum uploader but you have to make sure the picture isn't to big.

Click the paper clip, click manage attachments, locate the file you want to upload, select it, click upload. Close attachment window click on the paper clip and select the file.
