yes m8 spot on u can take your car right to the waters edge deep in places fish off the railings or park on top and walk down the steps and fish the beach car is safe and plenty of room some good bass come this spot every year

then its perfect for u u can sit in the car if the weather is cold or wet u can fish couple hours up and down bass flatties whiitties billet and some times odd codling can turn up most of it is clean ground but there is patches ov mixed u dont lose much gear not the best place if there is a good sea running can come right over the road

Easy to get the car down loads of room just have to go slow as there always seems to be people walking dogs down there and the road is a bit ruff at the top, nice place to fish have fished there loads of times, i always fish the first set of rails about 16 posts in casting a nice steady lob straight out normaly puts you in between two bits of ruff ground, watch out if you dont get there before the top of the tide as there are some of the big blocks bin broken away from the sea front and have formed one hell of a snag half way down the beach need a few more storms to bury them.(you wont be able to see them if the tide is right in) Hope this helps and tight lines

I have fished there a few bit in Summer when it's usually lifting with Dabs and Flounder. Best advice I could give would be to walk it at low tide and get a feel for where the features and gulleys are. A month ago I found a gulley that was maybe 2 feet deeper than the surrounding sand. I paced it out to the wall and counted the railings as SteveG suggested.

I added a low tide picture of the beach from last year for info and a close up of one of the rough patches. Its worth knowing where they are I think.

Hope this helps.
