Can I hell get connected to the wireless, switched it off and plugged the old router in.

Ive had them out here 5 times now mate and its still not right, told them they can shove that superhub up there A@@ as its crap, Never had a worse router.

Na, i still like virgin, they are the best in my area tbh. Sky 20mb averages 2mb in my area

Can never get through on the free phone number, but when I've rang the chargable number, have always got an English (Liverpool) person. Could this be coincedence or preferential treatment. By the way problem always sorted out.

Got it all working as it should be, I even did a speed test and got the advertised 20MB.

The super bright LEDs were very annoying though, so now the lovely piano black finish Superhub has a strip of Jaffa tape down the front .

Spot on mate, my area is undergoing some serious cable surgey in the comming months, so ours is going upwards of 100mb soon

Got my Belkin router graftin....just using the Superhub in Modem Mode

I needed one to get the free 20MB upgrade, my old cable modem wouldn't handle it. Meant I could bin the old router as well with it being a combined modem/router. Having said that, heard of a few people having wireless issues and setting the hub to modem only mode.

hmmm...well I was/am getting 20mb anyway so looks like I need to do some googling before I mess things up

last wireless test on current router gave me 19.3mb on speed

had bt broadband was running at 0.5 mb got shot of it and got virgin which is running at 28 mb

go infiniti 66 mb with home hub version 3 17 mb on upload.....what can i say ....
