I used to work as a tenancy officer, my job was to help these sh** bags either maintain there tenancy, or find a tenancy when they 'd been evicted or to to help them with similar issues when they ve come out of prison.
What I ve found is that nearly all the time they chuck your efforts back in societies face, granted homeless or bail hostels are nt the nicest places to be around, but the majority are clean reasonably well equiped there is support available pretty much around the clock, they tend to be centrally located in city centres and this does'nt come cheap, but the fu**ers still complain that you should be able to get them a wonderfull furnished flat immediatley( at no expense to them ), they say this without the smallest acceptance of that there actions have brought them to this point or any appreciation that the rest of society is footing a very large bill to give them a 15th chance to turn things round.
They inevitably do something to f**k there tenancy up normally trashing some poor landlords property in the process, or they revert to type and damage society further.
If you think about how every day the lengths you go to protect your property, how they effect your perception of the world especially how worried you can be for your family, the effect these sh**bags offspring has on the schools or other public services, you realise how much control over our lives we give them, and thats without taking into effect the cost of funding them.

the laws an ass in this country, my oldest is serving time for protecting himself, ok he went a bit ott, in law or the court it was seen as unacceptable but when a gang of scum decide your a target for a mugging then i still fully support the fact he hospitalised a couple of them and the rest were a mess, picked the wrong guy but his failing was not only to dissuade them from harming him, but to be seen doing it on cctv including picking up the knife that one threatened him with and using it in a threatening manner plus the damage he left them with, the scum oopps sorry `victims` apparently tried and failed to get criminal injuries compensation, seems they all had form for similar, hes out in march and these `victims` will no doubt have be told hes been released, i have promised to be outside for his release, as have around 30 good friends, hes been told when hes out he cant go near the scum, he wont, i have his promise on that
strange though that a good core of friends were never told that or were warned off
