Fished from low water up. Two rods, blacks, blow lug, mussel and crab for bait. Fished two rods, banged the first rod out with a juicey offering of moonfleet lugworm and set up rod two. By the time I had that rod set up, the first one was bouncing about in the rod rest. Nice sized coddy. Had another sized codling before it all went quiet. Not a bite untill the sun set then managed another hour where I managed another 3 sized codling and a decent whiting. Finished when I ran out of bait at high. 5 codling between 35-40cm and a whitie about 36cm. Crab didn't get touched and all fish taking lug of one variety or another. Few other fish seemed to get caught up and down by the other lads. Today's predicted rain barely turned up!
