Fished the walkway today with the future brother in law only caught about 1/2 lb codling and plenty of crabs the codling was foul hooked straight through the belly but some how lived to tell the tale caught one of the most smallest crabs in the world it was about the size of my thumb print don't know how I caught it but I did was a nice day only one other person with his kids was very very quiet hoping to get out soon and was a right pain carrying the boxes don't think I could do that over and over again lol all In all a canny day at least I got to wet the line

I bought a trolley-loads easier on long walks.

Had one for my old box but all the wheels ceased up and wouldn't move definitely get a new one anyone got one I can buy off them

About a minute.

You ought to try fishing the Aerials down at Aldbrough in Suffolk mate. Three miles across the shingle just to get to the mark, over an hour to walk with all your kit and when I did it it damn near killed me. Even worse coming back with the best part of 20lb of cod to carry as well

Don't have a car mate walked from coatsworth road to gateshead interchange then got train to south shields and then walked from there to the walkway killed me then back
