Thats the blank out the way on another note the place is a disgrace spentis it so much to ask half a hour clearing weed up crab shells and legs lying up the top end who ever you are clean your crap up throw it over the side we.ve lost to many places over the years you would.nt want it outside your houses

nice one mate. Stick in and get some more. I'll try and catch up soon.
Your spot on about the walkway.....that's why I never fish it. It's a very public area right outside peoples homes but there's a minority that behave like tramps and leave the place a right mess....I've witnessed them shouting and swearing, lighting fires, and leaving their rubbish behind.
They are spoiling it for responsible anglers and that's a shame because it's easy fishing for disabled and/or elderly people and kids.

surely its just as easy to drop the shells over the side as it is to drop them on the floor!!
on another note low water seems to be doing well down there i had a few good uns meself the other night as well as a stonkin whitey!!

yes i agree boigradable rubbish over the side and the other rubbish in the bins that are provided there and you can't blame the crab shells on the young uns and the maki bashers, its more likely its been left by the supposidly experienced that should know better

i could name and shame some well known s/s match anglers and regulars on the pier that leave lots of mess and peee allover th pier instead of peeeinvg over the side or go down steps but it would only cause a load of hassle that i not want
