There are known problems with some Email service providers and some ISP's email systems blocking the return email from "Number 10" or treating them as spam. I know some of my return emails from "Number 10" are getting treated as spam (false positives) by my ISP and I then have to go chasing after the email from various folders.

I like this e-petition system (I've quickly become a serial e-petitioner) and hope it becomes a valid voice for the public to express their views on matters that the state should or shouldn't get involved in.

Now come-on lads and laddetts, there are more people signed up for Tony Blair standing on his head and juggling ice-cream (http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/juggle/), than are signed up for the petition to ban commercial fishing (http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Seafishstocks/)! And whilst it could be entertaining to see T.B. doing some circus tricks, I would really like to see an effort made to preserve our fish stocks.
