fished from 2pm till 7-30pm , weather was really nice, sea was calm and flat, could see the colour of the water changing yet still no mackerel showing.... but did manage to get 5 flatties using ragworm

In 20 yrs of fishing i came across the most annoying D**k heads ive ever met as usual the ducks were wanting fed, then one of these 3 pricks that turned up supposedly from cramlington area young lads about 20-25 yrs old decided theyed bait a hook with bread and caught a duck (ritchie) !! much to his mate (louis's) amusement where upon he decided hed take some pictures with it hanging in mid air !!!
i couldnt hold back any longer if i didnt say sumik i was gonna throw the tit in the water ... i told them that the duck was clearly in pain either remove the hook or ring its f**kin neck or maybe they should try HOOKing A DICK instead of hook a duck

suprisingly enough they took the hint & left within 10 mins of me having to have a go at them

Looks a cracking place to fish mate and well done for catching a few fish, also well done for speaking up and telling the tossers

aye well done on both accounts, a would`ve done exactly the same, now that am cured, due to months of anger management treatment..........!

Well done on the flatties mate. It's a wonder there were no lances taking your feathers (if you used them!) they are usually plentiful up there.

Were those 3 on the pier? If so, I'm surprised the walk didnt deter them, the pricks...Nice one on chasing them.

aye they were on the pier ...i tried feathers , and spinning .alot of small boats were close in and gulls goin for sandeals so they were probly not far away

warkworth snaggy?

warkworth snaggy?

is warkworth pier and amble one of the same, and also is it snaggy off warkworth pier I fancie a look tomorrow eve

Warkworth pier is the north side of amble - drive through Warkworth turn right up beach road and park at the end - 15mins walk -

Amble pier is the south side - park alongside the pier and walk along - gate locked for very end of pier so just fish off the walkway - theres seats and railings

Neither are snaggy really unless you get caught up in the boulders on the north side or the ledge right down the side of the south side pier.

Any more info send me a PM :)
