with a decent forecast hope were high,even though there had been some nasty swells earlier in the week:)

transported the 9 manchester lads out the 3.5 miles or so to the first mark:)

not a fish:(:(:(

moving offshore brought a few fish,cod ling,mackarel and coalies,but was slow going:(

moved closer in for the last couple of hours,by the this time the anglers were feeling the effect of their early morning start:exclam:,with only 5 or so fishing,the rest doing a bit filleting/tidying their gear away:exclam:

all in all a quiet day,lets hope tomorrow is more productive,but with stronger winds forecast,dont look promising:exclam:

water still none too clear closer in,baits worm squid fresh mackarel on hokkis took some fish as did shads
 
You've got to try Drunc, and you still found a few fish, catches from Seaham yesterday suffered as well, the tides and wind did'nt help i think...:)
