sailed at 7 with the merry gang from chopwell,10 lads and 2 lasses
first stop was at some ground marks which produced a few keeps as well as plenty "chucky backs"
with the tide due to die moved off to a nearby wreck.
first drop trev of A1 blinds sez im snagged
no 1 crewman goes to his aid pulls on the string and it comes heavey as it is
that aint snagged, get on with it big boysome time after trev boats 16.5lbs of ling
few more fish came before tide started to flee,forcing us back to the ground marks which still chucked a few out but much slower fishing
water clear,best lure was the greeny blue 4inch shad trev got his ling on:exclam:then lost
for everyone else it was daylights with prawn mackkie and squid and last but not least ragworm too:exclam:
