Watching the weather ..... fingers crossed !

Think the sea state will be ok just is there going to be any point with 35mph wind and then the tide most of the day???unsure at this point but the sea would be fishable.

Look on the bright side at least you wont have to hear me say "where are the bloody fish" for a week....3-4 fish each just dont cut it now its Mid-May that excuse was ok in March April but mid May its a no no.

Just think a nice weekend off to give the tigers that extra week to come in and a few reports to read on the night time from others.

If you did pike fishing anytime i woudl LOVE to try my hand at that, one of the very few fresh or sea water fish i have not caught from the UK

Mmmm, pike the fresh water equivalent to ling but treat with alot more respect and care. Mmmmmm if we cant get out hunting for ling why not go hunting for pike, why didn't I think of that. It still might not be exciting enough for you Richy and we couldnt be having you spoiling the peace and quiet of the countryside with one of youe war cries (B*******RDS) could we now. LoL :D LoL :D

We might get out tomorrow lads. I’ve just motored to the piers and back from the marina and it wasn’t too bad.
If the sea follows the wind and drops leaving just the steady swell it will be lively but fishable. The river is dirtier than Christina Aguilera with all the floodwater, debris and muck it is carrying which will affect the fishing close in.

If the sea doesn’t drop I’m going trout fishing; I need to get out, the weather is driving me mad. :(

Am not bothering but it will be fishable more so early morning, get some good fish lads and spurr me on because its sh*te at the moment and even the feeling of being at sea in the fresh air is hard to enjoy being chucked around with rain stinking the face :)

hows the weather Trevor

erm it looks a canny sunny day like .. but on the shore side looking like theres a bit swell close inshore Okay
