well just bought myself a decent set up so decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and take the familly out for a bit fishing and try to christen my gear arrived at watergate lakes to a disgusting sight some a**holes have decided to use the car park as a skip site there was stuff all over fridges,sofas tiles dirty nappys etc never ever seen such a nice mark destroyed its hard to describe how bad the place anyway set up looked an ideal day for fishing tried a few diffrent tatics missed 1 run while having a jimmy riddle then 2 lads came with there dogs and started throwing balls in the water for them after a few nice words i decided to rap in and set off as this was the final straw anyone wanting to fish this lake i would think twice total disgusting i managed to fill 1 bin liner full of anglers discard hook packets ,tins etc

i notice nobody had split the cloth of the sofa to get the coins out[lol] shocking mate dirty pigs fly tipping on such a nice fishing site.
 
it stopped being a nice fishing site a long time ago, im sure the lake was netted. We had some fish out of that lake getting up to 28lb around 10 year back, since then its deteriated badly and im pretty sure its been netted and had fish removed.

mate of mine used to fish there a lot, over the last few years its gone downhill, he gave it up as a lost cause when it became a place for the drunks to cavort around

theres another place just up the way a bit, anyone know anything about it ?? middle of a field with no obvious access
