Weather around sunderland

Going on roker pier area this weekend. weather forcast strong winds from the west. does wind from the west really mean no fishys? is there any point going?

you will not catch anything if you do not get out,get out and give it a go west wind is not good conditions but you never know

like all places at the moment it prob will be quiet but it has to be worth a go not much of the season left now

Paul, get yourself out fishing.
If nothing else you will almost certainly catch whiting from roker pier and who knows there is alway's the chance of a stray codling or two.
