sounds like you can't take it any longer, i was the same the other day,

Put a sicky in for Thursday, say you have thrush or summit like that. then get out at 5am for a proper sesh.

don't be hoyin too many photos up just to sicken me right off, i was just about to jack this morning but Jim talked me out of it..............if i make it to Sunday then i'll be ok
