Weekend :( or :)

Six hours of wind with tide tomorrow on a 3.9 difference between high and low. Sounds like 2lb of lead under the cliffs type of scenario to me.

Sunday = as good as it gets.

Alan

Its falling off nicely. Sunday will be a great day for boat fishing, there will be no sea on at all.

Judge me on Monday

Got some serious fisherman coming over tomorrow. Only 6 of them on a platinum trip. The plan is to shoot off 70miles and hit wreck after wreck then steam straight back. Weather looks perfect.

I'll let you know how we get on.

Good luck and look forward to the video:)

Lets hope the east winds change direction as i have 11 days off starting Friday, got a good feeling that the enxt settled trip out will see the first day of boat fishing kicking off in style.

lOL rich "First day ?" you got to be kidding ...... :) :) or have I just been dreaming?

I thought the "first day" was the 21st March 2009

...was a damn good day I seem to remember (and my birthday;))...are you telling me it isn't counted as part of the "season"??

Well am not a fan of rough ground fishing Norman, had loads of codling 1-4lb range but i consider the start of the season when you can catch a fresh mackerel put it on a trace and land a nice ling from a wreck then on with the lead head and up comes a good cod...wrecks still not produced much for anyone so far just the odd one or two 3-5lbers really.

Wont be long until it starts :)

Just shows the difference between the novice boat angler and the more experienced , my season is well and truly started , I've probably had more fish already this year than I did the whole of last year lol. I havn't beaten my p.b. fish yet , but I've beaten my p.b. total twice already.
If the season hasn't started yet .......... yippeee , I can't wait till it does :D
