Weight training

I do a spot of weight lifting as a hobby.
How come after a days fishing (lugging my box etc over two mile to steetly etc) i ache more.
Believe me fishing keeps you fit.
 
i am the same m8 used 2 play semi pro rugby league and feel more tired after a fishing trip then i did after a game!! lol i play half back so i dont do out any ways lol
 
Need to get back into the weight training myself, used to be quite fit and very strong, was out of breath just walking over to Lyneburn on Saturday and it's only about 400 yards. Ironic think is I'm still quite strong and capable of carrying at least 8 stone of fish, can't seem to catch them tho:confused:
 
Passed the exams ages ago. Just cannot pass the interview at work for the job.:mad:
Ian wait till your 46 our lad and you,ll have probs pushing the 130 k you had on the bar.
you,ll be like me using a sedate 70 k.

Should be ok for you me and beachlover to go to Hartlepool on Sunday. I,ll show you Steetly. Or the Heugh and if the weather is to bad we can always end up on Middleton.
NE Tackle closes 12pm so i,ll order three lots of bait. Rag x 3 and some razer.
I have five pieces of frozen runny in the fridge which you can look at. its going on my hook.
