where to fish in this cold .. looking to catch a cod

Your best chance of a cod in these conditions (flat water,small tide) will be the Tyne on the flood.
Or the end of shields pier on the ebb.

i will be down about 3 ... just got back in to fishing and i have never caught a cod yet ha.. sick of the whiteys

ya cud always try the both of them .have a p!ss in roker pier bunker whist on then gan have a dirty on the ratty afterwards
