Yes you can fish all night there is a carpark at the begining of the pier £3 all day but I think it gets locked up so you cant get your car out untill the morning, check it out first.

You can park on the first car park near the electric car charging stations them gates are open all night that's were I park

Yeah the first row near the main road in the pier car park (opposite the coach spaces) is the place to park as the rest get's locked up overnight.
