whats blast sands like ive heard my pals saying it used to be good years ago?

The Blast beach used to be a fantastic Cod mark Johnny, some very big fish were taken from there every year. It isn't the same now as the coal dumping finished there a long time ago. It had to be one of the dirtiest places I ever fished but it could really be worth it. I never thought I would see the day when people were catching Bass from there. I might be wrong but I'm sure someone on NESA caught a Dogfish there too??

used to allways here of double figure cod from there a few years back but not as much now usually north end now at noses point fetch back the coal mines etc
