Got back yesterday from a toppa holiday fishing wise was wasn't that good
but hey, ya win them all any way we headed for gretna first, first stop was
to get married it was a cracking day weather was nice as well lol

Like i said the fishing wasn't that good the first week just macky and loads of
small pollack so they keep us busy till the bigger tides came fishing in the
sunshinewe also took a one of them folding crab pots so that passed a bit
away. we hired a boat from lock etive on the friday as well no big fish caught
but a few speciesthat a few of us have never caught our jackson got his first
thorny he was like a dogwith 2 **** lol :lol2: i landed a gurnard first of me
but the star of the day wasJulie she managed a red cod, ling (first of her)
pollack and a macky me dad gota few small ling out as well and the weather
was great as well all got a sun tan as well.

Its just such a great area the west coast, you never get sick as always some new spot, rock mark or beach to try :)
 
Congrats eddie me and my wife got married in gretna 3 years ago and went to etive for our second anniversary, stopped at the taynuilt in really nice place she wouldnt let me take the rods though lol:)
 
Well dun on gretna mate....we hired the same boat on the loch in July and me and kids hammered the Spurdog opp the Quarry in the midd of the loch. Well worth the money that boat.
