Low life scum !!!!! Singapore have this sort of crap sorted out. Off there in a few weeks so been checking the "rules" Just love some of these ;-)
Drug offences - death penalty is manditory for those convicted of trafficking,manufacturing,importing or exporting.
Pickpockets - Three years in jail and 4 strokes of the cane.
Littering - £500 for the first offence.
Chewing gum is not banned but - the unauthorised sale of chewing gum is subject to a £1000 fine. No wonder they say the place is spotless ;-)
Singapore has the lowest crime rate in SE Asia,I wonder why LOL
