Cheer's Paul, now I understand what these things are for. I bet that anyone that is really ill on a boat would use these if it was the only way they could get out fishing as they should keep you upright all day as in not lying down sick lol.

I would guess they would give a slow constant pain relief did they? That is the only reason I could think of taking a pain killer that way It probably wouldn't be my first choice of pain relief but if it is very long lasting it would probably be worth it.

Painkillers actually work faster that way Jim m8.
My Mother used to suffer major migranes & her doctor prescribed some and said that the painkiller enters the bloodstream faster than it would having to be digested first.

It was a right laugh when I first seen them, I asked her how the hell she was gonna swallow them, until she told me what they were lol.
She said they worked extremely quickly.
Mind you, I think she was more pleased when the doctor changed her medication into injections.

I was never the greatest lover of injections, no matter what they were for, not sure what I would have opted for if given those two choices though lol.

i think it's all getting a bit silly now.[you can actually get vibrating plugs without a triple hook which are guaranteed to alleviate any sea sickness once inserted ] i read it in glossy magazine that i found on the street outside our front door.

he used the 3 that were missing
he said you need to go up to your finger nail to get them to work properly
me eyes watered just listening to him
i didnt need them
hence ive still got them
id rather be sick over the side
but someone might say dont knock it until youve tried it
