Imax Hypacast super strong but not cheap finding who keeps it is hard

i used ultima f1 for years, until the back end of last year i got some dodgy spools of it (15lb titanium) kinked and twisted etc.

after hearing good stuff about sakuma line, i tried some new sakuma ice crystal....ill never go back to ultima f1

I actually have just bought the same reel last week. Its now loaded with sufix tritanium its all i use. The berkley xts is a good alternative I have used it in the past.

for an okuma 20 mag

Would usually go for daiwa sensor, but if thats the magnetix 20, then i would go for F1 or sufix tritanium as you'd empty the reel with sensor.

I have used sensor for around 6-7 years now and have found it a brilliant line very tough and abrasion resistant, also it is very cheap (2 spools for £12 at nets) used it in bs from 15lb -30lb and I also use it for my carp fishing :thumbup:

Well, on previouse posts, i've sung the praises of Daiwa sensor, but rescently I re.newed the line on 2 of my reels with sensor i bought from the fishing show at Sunderland last year, and it snapped about 30 ft away from the rod tip when i was fast up. Changed reels, and more or less the same thing happed again. I've heard reports of this happening, but dismissed it as probably a knick in the line, and now can't trust it.

18lb daiwa sensor is a very good line and is about right on a okuma 20 mag reel imho.
