what rod?

im after a solid rod to fish more rock marks and piers over the winter to feed my fishing addiction, I use fixed spool reels, can any one recommend a new or even second hand rod for rocky marks where distance wont be of real importance?

I've got one for sale custom built by Stan Parkin ( fish fingers ) debadged whipped black and gold with minimas so even if you drop it your eyes will be ok.
It's in new condition £100 with century coasters .

Can you use fixed spool with a DR?

will be ok on the rocks and a fixed spool... like mentioned ..distance is not required... but dont know about a DR !! ,,,,DR Who!!!
