The cliffs are not for the faint hearted. Long way down and risky in the dark-always pays to have a fishing buddy. The beach is much safer-but again you have to be careful. No deep water wading and again if u have a buddy all the best-if not let someone know where u are going.
As to methods and parking I could write pages on it. If u look at posts u will gain loads of knowledge or go down and talk to anglers.
