Not too bad a copy Primo but a copy all the same.
As you can see from my piccy the original spinner is not as slender in the tail and this is where the brilliant action in the water comes from with it's cunningly designed offset twist.
The one shown in the piccy is the 1oz version but Dicky also made them in 1/4oz 1/2oz 1oz 2oz and an 8oz gem which was a killer Cod lure when used off the boats.
Paul they were cast from White Metal which is a lead alloy the reason being that White Metal is a lot more robust than lead and and resists bending and scratching to a certain extent.

hi ,dos,nt look like the original, i dressed moulds out for dick years ago he had them quater ounce/half ounce/1 ounce /and 2ounce i have some in the house nothing touches them for me. when using them you sink and draw with them they act like a swimming fish when drawing with them when they sink they act like a crippled fish.
about three years dicks son richard and me made a one for the boats 8 ounce the old mould needed replacing richard still had his dads templates.
its the shape of them that makes them unique people have tried to copy them but they are not the same dick shenton was a hell of a fisherman a genuine bloke and an excellant worker by all accounts and richard a friend of mine is exactly the same.
they work for pike/ salmon /sea trout you name it.i give some to a friend of mine in aussie and they are doing the buisness over there two.

Tried and failed today Alan, never wnet that far out 7miles had a few drifts over herrign shoals and the odd patch where gulls diving...next week maybe :)
