whats the biggest fish every known have been catch at sheilds pier?

so does any know of any of the biggest catches at shields pier in the past decade or so, or to your own knowledge?

HMS Witherington 1325 tons,about 80 yards out. I seemed to catch it, often several times asession when I fished off the pier!

price of lead these days, might be worth getting the diving gear out there must be tons down there

10lb 4oz cod for me a few years back.

Last year pollack of around 4lb

How Heavy? That jason haw has some luck! Must run in the family cos i was told his brother hooked into a good fish earlier this year and jason went down the front of the pier to get it! Nuts like cannon balls if you ask me!
