Well chaps got a day off tomorrow,a fridge full of bait and cant make my mind up where to go river,beach, pier any suggestions????

Small tides, flat seas according to forecast. Doesn't look promising tbh. If it was me I would probably be on the end of SSP.

Well missed your answers and made the mistake of blyth pier as ive never been up there for years. Fished 6 hours not a thing. river tomorrow for deffinate.

well tried the glass center fished opp the big ships on railings and caught the biggest fish ever the same size as my hook lol don't even no how it got its mouth to open that wide greedy git.

taking our lass fishing tomorrow first time ever lol where will be good and safe as will have the pet dog bailey as well, i was thinking of pier first for a few hours, then river for a few more, i was trying to find the spot Paul did the sonik test on the rods as looked safe and dog friendly for him to run about
any help will be much appreciated

It's south hylton mate ideal for the dog loads of grass to run around on no main roads,

ended up at the glass center fished till high water then couple down and all we had was 2 sets of gear / 2 weed balls / and our lass won with a fish finger codling, was the best laugh i have had in ages she had 4 flasks with tea ,coffee, boiling water and soup, best bit of the day i never new the glass center did beer, she fetched me a beer back in plastic cup , i was like wtf where u get that, so long as you put in plastic cup you can have any drink you want lol,
now she wants to come out sunday lol
