Where to waste 3 hours this aft?

I'm stuck for ideas gents. Gonna go fishing somewhere between tyne and newbiggin over HW today but can't make up my mind. Just been up the coast and it's like a mill pond so was thinking either st mary's or crawleys.

But if anyone can give me specific instructions as to where to use up this bait it would be much appreciated.

I'm down at hebburn now on grass bank had 2 codling about 1.1/2lb and another lad further along had 1 codling same size if that helps mate.
