Which smoker?

Lynn wants to buy a smoker for all the fish she catches! She has noticed this one which is on offer at Morrison's come Monday. It says it is an oil drum smoker but it looks like a BBQ to me? Anyone got one, or could you recommend a small smoker please? This one looks way too big for us.

My advice would be to make one yourself , all adds to the satisfaction of eating your own catch . This is my effort , but Hugh fearnly has lots of stuff on the net about making one from a bread bin .Or jamie oliver uses a old biscuit/sweet tin

Looks great James but being totally haunless, I think a trip to Glasgow Angling centre is in order. Thanks guys. :)

Aye just put 4 wires through the top half of the tin to hold the chicken wire , which is cut to size , put a couple of holes in the lid , all you need is a slack handful of oak chips in the bottom of the tin , oil the chicken wire to stop sticking , place fillets on and put lid on , place on a open fire for 5 mins then take off with gloves , remove lid and enjoy or freeze , I do them in batches and freeze for wor lass , she loves it flaked in salad :-)
