Hi Lew - as Alan says - welcome to NESA.

Think you joined a while ago, but this is your 1st post - good choice of rod, too ;)

hi lew welcome once again, long time no see. remember them well lew also had one changed to century BB last year never go anywhere without it now absolutely brilliant fishing tool handle anything thrown at it also had it on the field cast it at 15 ft off reducer very very impressive results.:o :o :o

talking about century formula ,i had a one rewhipped a few months back ,new fuji,s i think its the slammer tip section is bigger than the butt, the bloke that done it says he ran out of whipping on colours and done it red it looks pink to me lol, maybe the varnished made it that way

Just bought a Daiwa TD-XS 130XM only had it a few weeks but absolutely love it, over the years not had that many rods but this Daiwa is an absolute cracker.

the 3 to 6 ounze ultra marine unbelievable river rod and it can chuck 6 oz so ok in winter but i would go for a century bb not practical for river but u could get away with it but the best for beach marks and poky enough to use on the rock.
