Another great turnout on another glorious day today, with 35 anglers fishing the Howick-Craster area. Unfortunately not a lot was caught, but Steve Williams, fishing with a toy rod due to his bad back stormed the day with a cracking 19lb conger from Swinedene - together with a wrasse of 2lb 4oz it gave him the winning bag by a mile of 21lb 4oz, winning him £255 for combined heaviest bag & fish. Phil Gee was second with 3 fish for 6lb dead, winning £85.
