14 fished last night, sea's not quite as big as the night before, and 6 managed to weigh in as follows:

1st - Chris Stringer, 4 fish - 8lb 9oz (Blyth)
2nd - Don Nicholson, 1 fish 7lb 4oz (Slatey Gut) H.F.
3rd - Mick Clark, 3 fish 7lb 1oz (Crisps)
4th - Iain Galbraith, 2 fish 2lb 1oz (Whitley)
5th - Brian Welsh, 1 fish 2lb (West Bay)
6th - Callum Stevens, 1 fish 1lb 15oz (Slatey Gut)

Still hard work out there...

Hard work, looked ideal but only 2 under size codling for me and Gary from tynemouth then c/coats.

surprised nobody onbarge or stoney and more on slaty,well done chris and don,h/f still off slaty. davy.

Tried Barge to start with Davy, not a bite - a few lads around Stony & think they got one codling out. Lots of rods on Slatey but very few fish - I ended up fishing the beach to the left of the boiler (along with 8 or 9 others) and not a single bite

never two nights the same,marty had a works do so unable to fish,callum who was fishing with me said he was fishing whitley match but i didnt like to ask for a lift,out to night sea has dropped off a little there should be some fish around. davy.
