Whitley Bay

Fished Whitley Bay a couple of hours either side of high tide this morning had 4 fish, unfortunately took the pic as an after thought whilst cleaning them at home. the biggest was about 4 and a half and as an idea of scale the plastic bag is about 24 inches deep. They were caught on worm bait (rag, lug, frozen blacks) tipped with squid. Three of the fish had small fish in their stomachs when I gutted them.

Good result, spoke to you yesterday morning just after you landed your last fish. Said i had just been to look at Blyth pier, but not enough swell.
