whitley beach

It fishes best at low water when it is rough. At high water the north end can fish well when it is very rough. Since the forecast is westerlies and the sea will be calm, I’d try somewhere else. If you’re really keen to go, then have a look at the rocks just down from the Rendezvous café over low water.
Good luck where ever you end up.

With the massive tides and flat seas, you could maybe fish the pipe at the southern end of the beach. It's only safe around low water though so be careful but codling can show there in calm conditions amongst coalies and pouting an' all. Good luck.

St, Mary's Island. Always a good chance of a nice cod, coaley, wrasse, etc: A couple of hours each side of low water, fish near the tall stone block on the east side of the island, or along the north side as the tide comes in. You can fish a long session here.
