Not long been back from pipe after getting nagged for weeks 2 take the daughter oot ! got there at 6 sea flat so got on end. slow going first hour then she pulled in a pouting happy as oot and for the next hour all a heard was well av caught one 
then about low water 8ish got cracking bite struck in good fish on got it about half way in and it went slack 
off it went ! when stripping old bait off rig noticed the hook had snapped was only using size 2 hooks not expecting owt decent 2 be honest, so with a quick change of hook size 2/0 back out and hoping there was more about ! next cast nice codling around the 3lb mark :red: straight back out noing there would only be a little window of fish and a slack liner 
oops missed it ! she got one more little pouting then we were pushed off pipe by tide about half 9 pity tide wasent a bit bigger 
all in all happy she nagged me 2 go out and no check book and pen ! p.s can someone message me how 2 put photos on
