For excitement and a demonstration of pure ladgeful skill get down to Fred Crowells at 5:00am Sat to see The Panzer, 15ft wide slide into a 14ft slipway . Red arrows my arse, loads of sky nowt to bump into - probably caught more fish than us recently though. Mark will be driving and I will be lepping about with a rope in one hand, a stick in the other and a load of tyres rund me neck. A good day to get off your chain moorings early.

Ropecatchers and bottom scrapers welcome - bring a flask.

This message was posted by a No. 2 - skipper may keelhaul me but we're not sure whether we've got a keel or not, I may just end up being hauled - I can hackj that like ;)

does that mean pansy is out fishing this weekend ........... lol High Tide (at piers) at 4.30 so ya need to get a move on ... see ya out there

Anything but Norman - drying out on Fred's slip so we can get the full SP. We'll do a bit of work while she's there but it's a bit of a recce before Fred gets let loose on her in November to do any proper woody things. Could be major dealings ahead like new deck, and holes in the sides filled in :D

Aye its gonna be bum squeakingly tight. 30tons of pansy versus 1 ton of elliot and a bit of string.

Definately be good day to take shady out extra early!

We've got the big old about to sink wooden barge thing on the other side - I'd err towards that.

We'll be reet man as ever - one fairlead down not bad IMHO

hey when the poo poo hits the fan I can leap tall buildings, scamper up ladders and tie knots I've only seen in films (The Knotfather 1-3)

I am at my best while not asleep

(Did you really wee on my head mark? It's on the blog and everything? What's left of the barnett has been particularly shiny and vibrant recently"
