Any yous lads out fishing this weekend? iam not to sure bout the weather this weekend .

il be fishing the durham comp on sunday if thes stil places left. and if i can get sum decent bait.

Theres no limit on how many can enter the open Caster Troy, theres just a limit on the pier pegs, if your stuck for bait then the shops around Tyneside and North Shields/Whitley Bay area are a better bet because there away from the comp area. Bait quality should be ok as the tides are'nt too bad meaning the diggers can get too the better worm.
I'm planning on fishing the early morning high water on sunday around South Shields/Marsden/Whitburn areas, the winds are forecast to drop late saturday/early sunday so might get amongst some of those piggies thats been getting caught.

hoping to get out on sat night on the pier or the river jamie,there has been some canny fish caught around shields area although if your going out mate they will all be away ha ha

I'm sure they stick there heads out of the water and say "alreet lads time for bed" or there mothers shout "howay bath neet! get in the hoose now!" whenever thay see me looming ower the water!

cheers jamie. wasnt sure if there was a limit to the ammount entering or not. good idea about trying further afield for the bait aswel. and i kno the feeling of the fish p***ing off as soon as soon as u wet a line. story of my life mate

jamie mate i feel the same way , had nowt much all winter so far , a couple off 3lb,s and a couple of 2lb,s and i have fished in some perfect conditions just got to keep fingers crossed i will post if i get owt
