Why Not?

I see so many people talking about blanking all the time and the blank reports are always at the same spot ie roker pier,ratty etc... Why not change your tactics or move location from the same old spots? Its obvious something is not right, not having a go here it just seems common sense that if your blanking all the time then in my opinion your using the wrong rigs or fishing the wrong places

Or the wrong state of tide, wrong weather conditions, wrong bait or a mix of them all.

some people dont drive or cant afford the best bait so do what they can with what they can people fish the piers all the time because there easy fishing and always chance of a big fish i hate them but thats my opinion to some catching a fish is secong to some good crack with the lads each to there own

Exactly, Its common sense that if somethings not working right then change it, Mix things up a bit,Get off the rivers and piers and try some rock marks or something, Its worth a try if blanking constantly, Just a thought.

I drive but i also use my pedal bike to go fishing down souter,whitburn etc and size cod can be caught on many baits not just the expensive ones, I agree fishing a pier is easy fishing..Im just saying i personally wouldnt whinge about blanking all the time and keep going to the same marks over and over if its not producing for me

neither would i even if i catch fish i dont go back to that mark i look at condition tide times tge sea wind direction then pick a mark but take you aaron he always fished the pier and he got a pig the other day so sometimes fishing the same spots and blanking pay off i have drove miles spent fortunes on bait chasing fish and blanked

Mmm not sure if a guy who has only ever posted 1, two line catch report, is the best person to school others on theirs!

I havent been active on the forum since april and just come back recently and im not schooling anyone just cant understand why people whinge about blanking at the same spot all the time, just because i dont post catch reports doesnt mean i dont catch like plenty others on the forum that dont post catch reports
