I was looking on NESA ebay adds and came across this Wilson Flyer.............

I always like the look of these boats and to be honest I'm looking about for a project like this to work on over the winter.
But looking at this boat not to happy with the mods he's done on the cabin,yes would be nice to stand under out of the weather...but the windage this shed must cause would be horrendous with a down wind drift.
Your thoughts..

Brutal that cabin much better to have the Lower shorter cabin for motoring and drift fishing maybe fit a pram hood to pull up when fishing at anchor to keep out the wind and rain.?

Yeah just had a look,seems a much better boat it's just a long way to go and no trailer with it,but not the end of the world and could be put on a car transporter to get it up.
Got it saved,see what it makes.

They are a seaworthy boat, but that cabin would put me off. OK at anchor but would probably tow a skier at drift on a windy day. I would personally hang on and see what else turns up, as it's just the end of the season.
