Winter boots

couple of years ago i got a pair of sundridge hotfoot for about £30 from N.E.T.S . very warm but not the best for walking far and still going strong now:):):):)

i bought a pair of TF gear boots designed by matte haze,
really impresed with them, l will defo buy another pair when these start leaking in

phoned andy rutherfords up the other day he recommended the sundrige hot boot 35 pound not bad,but think i might go for the dery boots myself because of the name i dont no.
go a pair of moon boots had them for years dont even wear socks with them fished in minus 10 before feet still warm they are not good for walking though.

Had a pair of Grade 1 German army para boots for 12 years still going strong, comfy to walk in, coupled with a pair of thermal hiking socks and my feet stay toasty all night - mind I don't go jumping in and out of the surf in them but they are waterproof up to mid shin height. Best bit is you can get them from army surplus shops for around £20

Iv'e been using Derri boots for the last few years and they do the job perfectly and they havn't worn down at all, and keep ya feet nice and warm.

But a pair of 5mm Neoprene chesties will keep ya warm as well on a cold winter beach, but nee good for walking any distance cos you will end up soaked in sweat.
