went onto site today. notification that site would be closed top of page. --- does anyone know genuine reason for pulling the pin on this good site? --- no speculation please , just the facts.

Shame Keith is closing it down, I've learned a lot from that site.

Think the final comments that have made Keith's mind up are in the post 'UKSF rules - question'. No need for comments like that on an open forum in my opinion.

Facts;

same few people who think they have a right to take a pop at Keith White only this time the mark in the sand has been crossed by getting personal with talk of integrity coming into it. Keith has had enough and closed the site.

I have read the last post placed by an Australian chap and to be honest it has no relevance to casting other than a personal attack on Keith and his site. The guy just tried to paint his picture of Keith as he saw it.


I believe these guy's think they represent the general feeling of the casting world when they speak to Keith like they have.

They do not represent me.

I just hope Keith switches the site back as I read it like a daily every day.

i read the post and the words arrogant , s--- stirrer and others came to mind.
and all because of these types of comments a world - wide forum on casting has bit the dust. i only hope there is a way to revive it without having to read some of the crap which brought it down.

as far as i can see the real reason the site is shutting down is because the truth about what went on at last years jersey open is almost out and keith doesn't want to be around when that becomes public knowledge.

what would be your view if someone tried to weigh in a fish they hadnt caught in a match?

how about if that same person made up stories about what fish they had caught and then used these fictional fish to gain credibility within the fishing world?

keith hasn't done either of these things but i would be interested in your views on the above

well pete i cant comment on the jersey open cos i know nowt about it. untill there is some concrete proof that there is something amiss i can,t comment. i just think its a shame that the subject brought about the demise of a site that otherwise was a good one for the most part. we all know what personal attacks on individuals can effect forums from past situations. bill

I would ask you all please not to say anything that could cause problems for this site.

The site might well be a loss, but I am sure all will move on to another... NESA? Soin the long term there will be no loss, unless you want brainwashed with 'X' cast nonsense.
