zziplex sv bullet

I've been given one of these! Powertex butt, glass tip!
I can empty my 525 mag 2 no problem with it! .40 line.
Does anyone still fish with one of these beasts?

i have never hurd of the sv bullet mate but i know them butts are stiff if the tips were a little stiffer would be ideal rough ground rod but the glass just fold when trying to pull out of a snag just my view

The tip is lovely! nicely blended into the blank and dosent just give in! the mid section is where the power is. The butt has no flex at all!

Heavy rod by todays standards though!
Haven't fished with it yet but should be a good cliff rod.

Mate of mine has two,got one rebuilt last winter,very nice rods.
