Just a thank you for the knife sharpening video most excellent. Can you recommend a filleting knife that in your opinion has all the right features. I'm sick of using poor quality knifes with stainless blades. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I feel sure someone will know if there is a rod builder out there who could help me with a refurb on an Edgar Sealy Octopus shore rod. The rod is in fairly good order but I would like it fully restored. Any help would be most welcome.
