ss pier ss pier Try the 11 or 12 fished there last night never lost a rig in 3 hours fishing .have lost rig every other cast higher up the pier most times i fish.

Fished the walkway on ss pier today from 2.45pm till 6.15pm had lots of knocks but only got a granny fish to the shore. Bait used. Mussle squid and runny down he'll of alot of lads fishing to day had a chat with a lad fishing from the edge of the car park as he had left his his rod rest at home...

Fished by the coppthorn only went out to use up the bait from Sundays sesh on shields pier which ended in a blank with six sets of gear lost.got to the coppthorn for7.30pm fished till 10.45pm the wind was strong for the first hour but this didn't stop the fish. Had seven in total four flounder...
